
Tim Rattray from Granary preparing 2 dinners with Michelin-starred Spanish chef Julio Fernandez Quintero
The Granary ‘Cue & Brew will host two upcoming dinners that will pair its owner and chef with Michelin-starred Spanish chef Julio Fernandez Quintero. The culinary partnership is part of the Olé Intercambio summer dinner series at the Pearl.
Attic chef Tim Rattray and Fernandez of Restaurant Abantal in Seville will combine their talents for a fixed-price six-course meal that will feature Spanish food and wine pairings. Dinners will take place on August 1 and 2 with seating from 6:30 p.m. at the Granary, located at 602 Avenue A.
The co-created menu will include dishes such as grilled shrimp ajoblanco, brown bean cappuccino, Iberian pork and cod paella and suckling pig with roasted potatoes and mojo picón sauce.
Tickets are priced at $ 150 per person (plus taxes and tips) and will include food and wine pairings. Reservations can be made at thegranarysa.com.
